Plug in for positioning random Textures????

Hi

Is there such a plug in for this scenario:

Ive modelled some decking (multiple pieces of timber) and I have textured them all with the same texture. Problem is, the texture looks the same on all of them. Is there such a plug in that can randomly move the texture around instead of me doing it manually?? Ie right click, texture -> position and then move the texture in a different position on various items.

It is possible - but you have a more specific description? Just offsetting? Rotating? By how much?

Just offsetting will do. I just want to offset the texture so that it doesnt look so repetetive.

randomize texture position for all faces in the selection, including faces nested in groups

I wonder if it would be possible to have the texture randomize only in the X OR Y position,

Thanks for the Plugin.

I wonder if it could be tweaked a little more, with options

a - randomize position
a1 - vertical (max and min amount)
a2 - horizontal (max and min amount)

b - randomize scale
b1 - vertical (max and min amount)
b2 - horizontal (max and min amount)

c - randomize rotation (max and min amount)

You would check the boxes to what you want, so for example, you can randomize only vertical positioning, by 50 to 100 units, and also the rotation, by 10 to 90 degrees. Or any other combination you wanted.
