Had you included your OS etc in your User-Profile you might have got a MC user's response...
Perhaps it's an issue with v2013 MAC exporter and text ?
Can I suggest you get in touch directly with SketchUp's support side - as a Pro user you should get an answer - even if it's only, "It's a known bug on MACs, we are working on it..." 😒
