Get the DrawHelix14 tool from the Plugins Index to make various helical forms...
To make an "ever changing" helical form you could try the Grow tool.
Make the 'segment' a component.
Copy it radially, incrementing the vertical spacing/scale as you go.Capture.PNG

Some guys have paypal links within the plugin code. Just open the plugin with a text editor like Notepad. Other have links in the menu system.

I'm sure a PM to those you want to donate to will clear things up.
