Welcome
Without the actual SKP it's hard be be certain...
If all of the geometry is in one big lump then it sticks together - useful in some circumstances but annoying if you want to move one bit...
However, grouped geometry or geometry that's been made into a component moves without sticking to other stuff...
So select what you want to move, right-click context-menu, Make Group.
Now Select the group and Move it to where you want.
Use inference snaps like mid-point etc
You can make exact moves by typing in the value in the 'VCB' Measurement box.
You can add guide-points and guide-lines [Tapemeasure-tool] at specific locations and snap to these too...
Yes guidelines saw that in one of the Sketch vids, it's very interesting I'll need that when I model my Dell and it's modded counterpart
Cheers for the response mate, I think it's all lumped together, but I'll attach it for you to see yourself It's not really a problem, I read another one of your posts about using an image to make a model so I'll probably use the as a guide from scratch
If it's aright, can you look at it please and tell me what you think or how to move it? Thanks!
