Ok, file size: just over 1MB (but not finished yet)
the meshlab thing, don't know how it works, it cant use .skp
the model info>statistics in sketchup says
(show nested components: unticked) = Faces 90
(show nested components: ticked) = Faces 51646
But faces aren't polys, so oh well.
Okay, the whole thing was just a side joke anyway.
But say in "real life" when an architect makes $40-50 per hour and modifying a complex mesh through 3-4 hours, a $ 20 plugin which helps doing it within say half an hour (or even if one hour) is obviously a time/money saver.
And maybe I would also need a car if I lived in the countryside and not just about 5 minutes walk for my regular corner bar (and less than a minute from the main square of my city).
It's likely you're shooting them too fast for the physics engine to register a collision, try lowering the strength to around 50 and see if it works. Also check the parent object collides correctly. Emitted objects actually lose all properties except their shape; they will also be visible even if the parent object is hidden.
