I have a Mac OS X version 10.6.8 and Sketchup Pro version 8. OpenGL has three boxes: 1) Use Hardware acceleration - ticked 2) Use maximum texture size - unticked 3) Use fast feedback - ticked. Should I tick no. 2?

Some of the edge lines on my 3D drawings are jagged depending where I stop the rotation of the drawing. How do I achieve smooth edge line quality?

When I delete certain lines dotted white lines appear when rotating the image. What can I do to rectify this?

Thank you (he says condescendingly) very much for that. Saving as a dae file did not work, but File>Export then choosing 2D not 3D enabled me to export it as a jpeg. It is so quick and easy to rotate different views and closeup detail work.

Thank you for trying but the Save As option does not allow me to save in any of the known files such as pdf, png etc.

In what form can I send a drawing so that anyone can open the file the other end without the recipient having sketchup?

1st question as a new user. I have inserted text (not 3D text) onto my sketchup model but when I print out the text is much larger than appears on my screen. Is this a scaling problem?
