Yes, it creates seperate groups for every slice.

It would be cool if you could type in the measurement of your paper and the tool set the slices on it and export it as an image, so you can print it easliy.

Last question. is it possible to export every single slice as an seperate image automatically?

hi,

is there a plugin which can cut a sketchup model in different slices/disks from up till down. For example you have a helmet like sketchup model which is 30cm tall and you have paper or something else of 5mm thickness...so you select the model and then the plugin...you type the thickness of your slices in..so 5mm and the plugin cuts the model in 50 pieces. Now you can print the top views of the seperate parts on paper..glue it on something..cut it out and stick the parts together.
