      @dave r said:

      Look at LibFredo6 not top_Libfredo.

It doesn't matter if top_LibFredo isn't signed as long as you leave the loading permissions set to allow it to load.

It should look like this in Extension Manager.

      I installed the latest version of - LibFredo6 - v10.9a - 02 jul 20.

SketchUp's extension manager shows it as UNSIGNED.
All of my other plug-ins are all marked SIGNED.

Is it normal for LibFredo6 - v10.9a - 02 jul 20 to be marked as UNSIGNED?
If not, what is the process required to change its state from UNSIGNED to SIGNED?

In advance, thank you for your response.

    • RE: SketchUp 2013 MAC OS 10.8.4 - License Problem

Remarkably, I am no longer experiencing the problem that I originally reported. Apparently (for now at least) the latest version of SketchUp (Mac OS X) appears to be operating as it is suppose to.

In closing, thank you for all of your responses / suggestions. Greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response, however I'm using a Mac so the same rules do not necessarily apply regarding system administrator information.

    • RE: SketchUp 2013 MAC OS 10.8.4 - License Problem

      Thank you for your response.

I am the only one using my system so I am the designated system administrator.

My question is - what is the proper procedure for entering my license information into SketchUp 2013 (so that it will remain there permanently as opposed to it only remaining there during the time that I use the application)?

To enter my license information, what I did was select the menu labeled 'SketchUp' then chose 'License' which brings up the 'SketchUp License Registry' box. I then entered my user name, serial number and key. Upon completing this I get a notification stating the I'm running a licensed version of SketchUp and am instructed/asked to start using the application. Unfortunately, the license information is not retained after the application is closed. That's the problem that I'm trying to resolve.

    • SketchUp 2013 MAC OS 10.8.4 - License Problem

When I enter my license information initially, it is accepted and allows me to start SketchUp.
However, when I launch SketchUp a day later, it informs me that I need to purchase a license so I wind up re-entering the same license info as before.
How do I get my license to remain permanently?
