    • RE: Help with Templates

Ok thank you. I am just used to it in other programs, and kinda wanted it here. But that is true, it is easyer to navigate in SU.

But I have another question. If my model is big, sometimes certain textures and objects will dissapear as I am orbiting. Is there a way to stop this. I feel that this might be because of my computer not being top of the line

      Hello,
I noticed other programs (Blender, 3Ds Max) have a template that gives you 3 views on 1 screen of the model. For example you can have the top view, side and 3D view.

I am wondering if sketchup has this, since is a very nice feature. If not, I might switch to Blender because of its limitless possibilitys.

So does sketchup have this type of view?

      Hey,
True. It is simpler with components. So everything has to be different components? For example, house, window, door, roof... Ok thanks!
Also, I've been wondering. Is there a texture that you can see more from one side than from the other? For example a reflectant window. Like in most business buildings.
      Thanks everyone πŸ‘

Use Indigo Renderer. Its free, download your version (32 or 64 bit) and render it. It will look nice. But be warned, My friend had trouble with it. Read here:

I see that you make the windows nice, look really good!

And no sorry, I don`t have a picture of it. Could you tell me how to take it, and then I will post it πŸ˜„
