we should hopefully have it in 3.0, no ETA on that release date though, we are currently working on a stability patch for 2.0.
Are there any news or updates on this subject?

The new plugin system doesn't seem conducive to maintaining my plethora of plugins across different versions of SU....
I would argue that making it easier to maintain your plugins is exactly why we created the extension warehouse and moved the plugins folder to the location where it should have been all along.[/quote]
I also think you have slightly messed things up by when it is no longer possible to copy the old scripts through explorer and just run them. Sure, It is more maneageable on the small scale, but when you wanna install 20+ plugins or so it is not easier to install them one-by-one.
And maybe this is just some user interface-obstacle one has to overcome as a one time dealy, but I think it pretty clear that you guys at T just want more info about what plugins sketchup-users are running. Maybe you should just be frank about this. It would lower an unfortionate brewing sense of hostility in me against the new versions of sketchup.
Thanks for this! IĀ“ve only had a short test/peek/session w this RB. It seems super useful!
I had one problem, though: I saved the model when in ghost mode and closed the program. When I opened the same model later I couldnĀ“t reset the geometry to the complex form. I just saw the ghost. Have anyone else had similar experiences?

Running a freeSU8 on a mac.
This is not actually a comment on the latest LibFredo6, but more of a huge THANK YOU to Fredo6 and all of the people engaged in making the RB:s that are affiliated to Fredo6! You can tell there is a lot of work put into them.
These plugins are GREAT.
I think intermediate and advanced users of SU really have a lot of use for these plugins. Not only are the basic ideas for the functions very good but the code is also well written and the user friendliness is high.
I work with architectural design and more free-form stuff and today I almost addicted to many of these RB:s by Fredo6.
(sorry for posting this here, I couldnĀ“t figure out how to send a message directly. Hope you see this)

Thanx for the quick reply!
Sadly the answer is no. This quoted text is the reason I wrote this post in the first place. And no: I am not trying to be a pain in the ass, I just donĀ“t get it.
"It then processes the group, making a modified copy of it set off to
one side."
This sentence kind of implies that the first "original" group has not been modified but that the generated one has.
"This error-group has a 'text-handle' so you can easily select it to
move it away or erase it later..."
This implies both groups have changed, but in different ways.
So I am thinking the logic could be that the program leaves the original group unchanged for comparison, as that seems to be a big deal further down the text, or that the original group is fixed along with the generated group but that the latter one is just a showcase.

Hi!
Thanx for creating this awsome plugin! I have been working on converting 3D objects from some GIS application and it has been so difficult, until now, that is.
I just have one small and kind of silly question but please bear with me:
After running Manifold a copy of the selected group is created. Wich one is the fixed one? Are both fixed? The way i interpret what happens right now is that the one created is just a "showcase" of what changes have been made and that it should be removed.
