Here is a little revision I have done to the Rogue Sentient.

After the release of the new Taurus I have been experimenting with some new shapes.

I have changed the side rear windows, the roof line and side have changed a bit, the rear boot and bumper etc are being changed as are the front hood and bumper etc.

I am only playing with the design at the moment so no real progress.

Those are really great models, I think you pulled them off well.
I hope you post them in the Warehouse or here at least

I don’t really have any updates on the Cobra but I can tell you that there will be soon (I hope)

I was hoping to do the engine and running gear but I'm useless at it without proper reference, so if anyone can give me any worth while help, that would be appreciated

For now I will share with you a model of the base Mustang as it is today
If you wish for me to send you the model contact me via a PM

The conditions are that it not be uploaded in any form to any website until my final model is available in the Warehouse

Yeah, the model was available but then I thought it wasn’t a good idea to just post it without thinking of what people will most likely do with the chance.

It’s still a kept model mesh so I don’t really want it leaked or claimed by some noob.

Is it me or will the D-020 go perfectly with the Taunus? Hmm...

Well, I was hoping for it to go well with it but I need to make new, higher profile tyres if it will look right.

To quote Jeremy Clarkson, "It looks like a drug dealers car", with low profile tyres

      Damn! I am lazy!

Don't expect much major progress from me in SU for a while.
I'll try to get some minor wip's out of the way first and then maybe some of the bigger things.

To keep you at bay for a few days here is a little more stuff.
I have done a little work on the Rogue Paramount Coupe, minor but its progress.

-Seat has had a little work done
      -More dash revision
-Revised model list (cut out larger models such as the Limousine and Turnier)

      And a new wheel

Also, About 99% of your models are Ford-Based (im not saying thats bad) but you might want to see if you can create cars based off of other cars.

      Maybe Try These
      ......
      One of these?
      ......

Thansk for noticing but I often base cars of Ford in SU because the resources are avalible, such as accurate blueprints. Ford is the one car manufacturer that inspires most of my SU models. BTW, most of the cars you showed me are Concepts, I preffer to model more practical models in SU, like the Mazda 3.

I looked up the kuga and it said "Not to be confused with ford couger" maybe you could make a car based off a Ford Couger?

I like the Ford Cougar, but its too outdated now. It was concieved in the 90's and looked a bit old as soon as i rolled off the assembly line. I do, however, preffer the Mercury Cougar (the original). If I get time I will try to convert the Cobra into a Cougar.

      Thanks anyway

      And thanks for the comments:

Dude, the only thing I can say is what I've said before:

      😄

I always watch this thread - it's one of my all time favorites, even though I don't reply much.

I Think I should take that into mind next time I think I'm talking to myself 😄

It seems I can only talk so much before I start talking to myself again!

      Come on, feedback!

Anyway, even though I haven’t finished my last Rogue Ultimatum, I have started a new one for 2010.
It is based on the Ford Kuga, as the Kuga is a Replacement for the Escape.
My Ultimatum was kind-of an Escape based SUV so the next will be based on the Kuga.

I have now finished the basic grille.

The 1965 Coupe had a flatter face to the 1968 so I have also shortened the front end point.

Here is a little re-modeling for the base model.

You'll notice the roofline is shortened and that the lights, bumper skirting and boot are also changed

This is based on the original 1965 Mustang Coupe; I will also make a GT version, Convertible along with the Fastback and GT Fastback

I will then model the 1968 Mustang Coupe, GT, Convertible, Fastback, GT Fastback, GT/CS, GT 500, GT500KR, '69 MACH 1, '69 and '70 BOSS (maybe others such as the GT 350, GT 350H and any other suggestion)

      (I finally made my list 😄 )
      2009 Trojan Cobra Coupe.jpg
It looks a little RED at the moment but when the interior, wheels, grills and other details are added it will look much better.

      the names:
go on Google Transalate, choose the word in english, (make sure its english to whatever you want) then press transalate.

I don't think you know what I mean. The names are in English, It’s the Mustang.
I just need to apply the correct names to the correct vehicle.

I think I will just model the most important Mustangs; I have Ford Mustang - The Legend Lives on PS2 so I think I'll use that as a guide.

Ok, I think its time for an update on my Cobra.

      It’s officially an unfathomable mess.

I am modeling the Original 2010 Trojan Cobra and trying to fit, along the way, the original mustang variants into the mix. Its very hard work as the Mustang line is just about as confusing as the 911 range through the years. So, I am a little bit stuck for now but a little work should help get things moving.

      This is what I mean:

Original: looks like the '67 Coupe and later Mach 1, GT or Boss
      2009 Trojan Cobra 1.jpg
Second re-model: Going to look like original Coupe (need to shorten roofline)
      2009 Trojan Cobra 2.jpg
Third re-model: looks like the Fastback, Hertz and is going to be re-modeled to look like the GT, GT 500, GT 500KR GT 350 and GT 350E (I need to replace the window section with a scoop and a vent)
      2009 Trojan Cobra 3.jpg
Plus there are a few other models. I also have to take into consideration the lights, hoods, grille, rear lights, side scoops, LM stripes and the hardest part; names.

Thanks for sharing your phenomenal talent.

I had noticed that they were very similar but I will not be making the Opel GT. I will however be trying to model the other versions of the GT70 as there are 3 variant models I know of.

    • RE: Green Toaster's Car Sketches

HFM, I personally think GreenToaster has improved a lot. The details have increased and the models are looking cleaner and more pro.
From my experience with what his models are like they aren’t meant to be high detail and professionally presented and that’s what many people use SU for.

I see that your criticism is constructive but I think GreenToaster is doing perfectly well.

      Keep up the great work!

Not bad at all, I quite like the Wagon/Van and the Pick-up/ute. Nothing wrong with a bit of classic design to really inspire. Thats why I started to model my Ford Cortina style car. I have always loved the design and I wasnt worryed about it looking out of place because its a beautiful car.

      Cant wait to see more!
