If I keep the exposure box checked then the camera settings determine the lighting parameters rather than the HDRI maps.

V-Ray RT Render
I have been having difficulty using the RT Render option. I select it and the V-Ray Progress window opens and so does the Frame Buffer and it says it is preparing the global light manager but it is stuck at 0% Sometimes it goes to 98% and then stops. Help!

Render Aspect Ratio
I am using SketchUp 2014 and the latest version of V-Ray. When I go to render and have my camera in SketchUp set to 2 point perspective the render always has the model way high in the render window and there is a lot of area below the model. It is as if the model is floating up in the sky. How can I fix this. Thanks.

V Ray Shadow Intensity
I am using SketchUp 2014 and the latest version of V-Ray. I have the Exposure Box on my camera disabled because I am using an HDRI image. When I render the model my shadows are washed out. How can I increase the shadow intensity?

V-Ray Toon Material Line Color
I am using the latest version of V-Ray that was released last week with SketchUp 2014. I have created a toon material and all of the parameters can be adjusted like line width, line opacity etc. and they work when rendered. When I change the line color it does not show up in the rendering. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Best Rendering Software
I am using SketchUp 2014 and have a trial version of V-Ray. I am also interested in Lumion. What are the best rendering programs for Sketchup? Also, I am new to SketchUcation and I did a post yesterday and replied to the Post but my reply does not show up -- what happened? I hit the "Submit" button but it does not submit.
Thanks

RE: SketchUp loads slow and temporarily goes black
The black window appears on only one of my four monitors when I first load SketchUp. I have the latest drivers for my video card. I have resolved the render issue in V-Ray by eliminating about 3,000,000 faces that were landscape items.

RE: SketchUp loads slow and temporarily goes black
Thanks for your response. V-Ray came out with a newer version just yesterday and I am now using it with SketchUp 2014. I have been watching some Daniel Tal videos and discovered that my model had 4,000,000 faces which I guess is too big -- I had lots of 3d landscape. By removing a lot of landscape everything is working OK.
I still have the issue of the black screen when I first load SketchUp and it loads slower than it did on my previous machine that only had two monitors and an older graphics card. Do you know how to fix this? I have all of the new video drivers.
Thanks.

SketchUp loads slow and temporarily goes black
I am using SU 2013 as I have the V-Ray plug-in and it does not yet work with 2014. I have a brand new Dell workstation with 4 monitors and a Nvidia Quadro K2000 PCIe/ssE2 Graphics card with GL Version 4.4.0. SU loads slow and it goes black before kicking in. What can I do to fix this? Also, I have a 30 MB file and when I render it in VRay it crashes and says I am out of memory. I have 32GB of memory. HELP!
