If it s already out there, i m sorry. but please send me a link. i am looking for a plugin with wich you can press ctrl while scaleing to copy as well. and one where you can fix the rotation axes with the cursor buttons.

it is my wish that one could lock a circle or the rotation tool to one specific axis with the arrow keys, just as it is done with lines and the move tool.
