The title says it all... I haven't figured out how i can import a 3D solidWorks design in SU... Is it possible? Do I need a third party software to achieve my goal?

Well, the real question is: how can i modify a component without modifying other copies of the same component in the same design?
I'm trying to design my house gate and i would like to change only one of those 4 components but i can't figure out how i can do!
Any suggestions?

I'm still watching tools tutorials! Well i've learned that if you select the erase tool and press shift key at the same time you can hide the edges but after that how can you show those edges again? They didn't explain that in the video!

Wow even watching this videotutorial (http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=80942)i keep gettin stuck... i'm such a noob
btw in the video she creates a cylinder as a component, then she copies and rotates it at the same time. ok i can do it, but then she magically manage to create multiple copies (equally spaced) of that component between the first one and the last one... what the.. how can she do that?
