How can i modify a component?

Well, the real question is: how can i modify a component without modifying other copies of the same component in the same design?
I'm trying to design my house gate and i would like to change only one of those 4 components but i can't figure out how i can do!
Any suggestions?

Right click and select 'make unique' or explode it and edit.
