What kind of unit do you use? Is it a "." or a "," for decimal numbers?

Hi =Physicsguy=
Color sensor's idea is very interesting. I had suggested a similar idea using a mechanical sensor (switch). The question is: how to read this sensor information and link it to drive motor, hinge.... ?
Ps: may be a full colour spectrum ( I mean RGB coding) could be used, we could see the box rotates according
a colour's law angle. Black : 0, full White :255 -> 90°.

Hi Murkin
Some small help
Something we forget very often: Outliner (in Window Menu). Starting to use it at the early beginning will help you to sort and to navigate easily into complex shapes. As Gaius said, try to work with Groups and Components, then if you have to modify a selected one, click it on outliner to select it and even if it's deep into the drawing's hierarchy, you'll find it immediatly. Better, you can move groups into Outliner in the same way you do with files ( You decide for instance not to attach group "clasp" to group "wood cover"), even you could hide selected groups ....(mouse right click)
I've made a short modification, hope it helps.

+1, specially for advanced features like multi-shots positionning. Same object taken under different angles and/or distances.

Thanks Tom for this clear explanation about complex texturing.

Pilou, crois-tu qu'un des maîtres de Ruby pourrait nous concocter un plugin
type surfaces minimales (vu qu'il s'agit d'une solution mathématique des moindres carrés en 3D)?

Thank you Careca, you're welcome as Plugin's maker. Hope your work will help.

Celle-là, elle est facile! ( Je pensais aux conoïdes de Plucker: dessous des escaliers en colimaçon)
Pas de jeux de mots sur colis maçons..parpaings, briques

The most elementary Courtesy would be to refer to the person who made the drawing or render. Making profit from everything is leading our world to crash!

Salut Pilou et Jean Franco
C'est vrai que Grow a un peu été enterré par FreeScale de Fredo6...En modelisation, les "conoides" ne sont pas très fréquents ( sauf peut-être dans les ressorts..)

Really impressiv, may I suggest some comment ?
The Corner Window : I see no frame between the 2 glasses, are they glued? You may see some vertical line ?

Great, theses half-organic shapes. Well integrated buildings which extend Nature without Injuries .

EcoFeco,
Try this :http://sourceforge.net/projects/freeship/
You may then import file.obj into SU. Hope it can help.

Hi Guedi
Interesting Plugin, but how to get a password ? I didn't see any link on the thread.

You have to read the whole story to discover the fall down (That's we say in french !)
A short one :
A well known entomologist is facing students, and tries to explain them that insect's ears are localized on legs. In order to demonstrate that fact, he takes a domesticated wing's less fly, cuts 2 of its 6 legs and asks it to jump. The animal does a small jump, our scientist corroborates the link between legs and ears. To be absolutely sure, he takes out a second pair of legs and the fly jumps shortly less than previously.. and so on. At the end, the fly is lying legless on the table,and can't move despite the order given to jump that leads our
professor to infer that fly without legs are deaf.
