Videos explaining the plugins are there.

One is an extension of features and bug fixes that is based on the open source Layers Panel - available on this site - but which now maintains it. It is called Layers Organizer.

The other is Cross Reference Organizer - which allows for teams to work collaboratively on a project by Cross referencing each other's work in place in the model space. It has considerable smarts to allow for mutual cross referencing of work without the problem of re-importing multiple copies overlaid in the model space.

Please let me know what you'd like me to do.
