So due to the laws of supply&demand The price of oil, gas and energy in the US will go up, that will cause inflation in many ways, If normal economics will play out which is a way to control inflation. mortgages will go up by this mechanism people will not be able to afford due general inflation that will cause banks to be unstable causing economic uncertainty. Canada is still fine. Food will go through the roof because the farmers cant get the crops picked because immigrants would do that job for $6 an hour, crops are rotting on the the vines. And the little that does make it to the shelves will be crazy high as they would have to mark them up again because the cost of picking has gone up and again the supply and demand mechanism. cost of living goes up again. With food, if you have to import some because of shortages in the US you will be paying a 25% increase due the the tariffs fuel prices in the US go up so transport costs will be higher. Canada has cancelled its 30Billion purchase of F35's. And will probably buy the Swedish grippen. That 30Billion will go from Canada to the EU. Other countries ar cancelling sales of the F35's as the world now considers the US as an "unreliable Partner" So spare parts my not become available. Other Countries around the world are boycotting the US and aligning together against the US, You have no friends and broke. Your unemployment will go through the , with you economy in ruins. Anything that you do export will have a 25% retaliatory tarrif slapped on it further crashing your economy. Trump is creating the perfect financial storm. So trumps motivation for tanking you economy is either he is stupid and ignorant Or some speculate he is tanking it on purpose so he and billionaires can by up big on the failing stock market at rock bottom prices. and wait till the market eventually improve and they will be Trillionaires. US will be a failed state run by oligarchs. U.S. stock market loses $5 trillion in value in three weeks.

Hi guys I have a funny story, I was thinking about Aprils fools day which reminded me of one of a very funny thing that I witnessed some years ago

I was working as a Landscape Architect in a planing department for local government. I reported to Robert who was the Director of Planning. Behind where Roberts chair was a wall covered with all his accomplishment. Bachelor of planning, masters degree in planning etc, etc he had about 15 of them. He went away on a course for a week. Somebody (Ian a planning officer) took all his apart and modified the certificates and in photoshop he would change his "planning degree" to award for 'swimming 25 meters with using floaties" and changed all of them with trivial thing like that, you get the message. anyway Robert and did not notice. Ne did not notice for nearly 3 months. He had some very important people such as state ministers and even the state Premier. On day Robert PA was sitting in Roberts office taking notes as she did often, one day whilst taking dictation the PA looked at the certificates on the wall, and said, Robert..............robert turned in his chai

Hi I just did this render inspired by Tadao Ando Architect, I rendered it with TM.

One thing that is an issue with this arch vis work is that there are companies like fiverr etc,that is a multi national site. There are with a people that do modelling, rendering graphic design, logo design etc, etc. There are thousands of them. Some of these people will work for very little money and will do a project for the equivalent of 5 dollars an hour, And they are making money where cost of living is so low and the exchange rate is very favourable. Then there are agents working in most countries like Australia an Australian company, where you can go to the agent and get a SU model of a house for 450 Aussie dollars. They have subcontractors from Vietnam, Philippines, Bangladesh etc that will supply SU models for around a hundred dollars.the Australian company will quality control the model and on sell it for $450 AUD. The people in the aforementioned counties are living well and no reasonable person could blame them.

you can convert SketchUp's SKP files to Blender. You can either use the built-in SKP importer in Blender or export the model from SketchUp in a compatible format like Collada (DAE), OBJ, or FBX, then import that into Blender.

Great work, Dave, those machines were state of the art when they were invented. I have attached an image of a Quantum computer. Therefore state of the art today. When I say computer 99.9% of it is just for cooling the chip is about50x50x10mm. Here is a link to the model

I wonder how many users are ditching rendering solutions and are going for AI rendering. The results they show are great; I only wonder if it can consistently produce such good results.

This tech is AI and constantly learning. As far as "consistency" we are just scratching the surface. Ai is in a learning phase what it will produce images of stunning quality. Pointless for me to hope that Ai design and rendering would disappear, but it wont. It will just get better and better and I do not think the "improvements in AI will not be linear
