Hhmmm, this 2021 model is somehow skewed. This is the Top view, the model, and red axis, aren't parallel to the screen? Same with the other Views.

I R clicked the axis and choose Reset but that didn't help. What happened folks?

yeah after playing with the settings I like the 2021 exports, the lines are a little heavier which shows off the straight lines of the structure,

and exporting is a lot faster!

This is my most recent Fujidana, a Japanese inspired post and beam shade structure.

Fujidana in Japan are actually wisteria arbors, there are many styles some are huge, I just borrowed the name for any of my timber and bamboo shade structures.

I like wide, sheltering roof overhangs, this one has 38” on the sides and a full 4’ on the front, South side.

The 6x6 Posts, 4x8 Beams and 4x6 Rafters are rough sawn western red cedar, a very nice outdoor use timber. The 2x4 purlins on top are smooth clear California redwood.

I'm liking this SUp 2021, all the images straight out of SUp no fancy renderes needed!

say Dave, how would I setup text/dimensions correctly? Is this just their initial size you're talking about?

what size image export should I use with this 2021 if not 6000 pix wide?

why are the lines appearing heavy and darker, can change line weight anywhere?

I had the font size all set up correctly as you see in this s shot

what do you think about my open gl settings?

never mind I'm getting it! The first thing I notice and don't like is

when I go to 3, the text is great but the lines of the structure are heavier, a little blurry,

going back to 1, the text is way small but the definition and clarity are much better,

so it'll be a trade off?

I didn't even see that! Mine's set at one now, what # do you think I should try for these type of images?

I've always exported at 6000 pix, ever since Ver 3. I learned to export big, then resize to get rid of the jaggies

The last Ver I had was 2015, with out the Tray. So 2021 is a big change for me.

the last 6 months I've had win 10 32 bit which was wrong, I just had the correct 64 bit OS installed 2 days back, the same day I bought 2021, was hoping for a lot better performance.

Folks, I'm pretty happy with win 10 and SUp 2021 so far but ran in to the first problem, with my image exports. The text is small and washed out. Exporting at 6000 pix wide, highest image quality, with anti alias on, and off.

Edit- looks like the lower pixel I export at the better the text quality gets.

That's what I'll do Dave, I just downloaded 2021, I hoe it's not a big learning curve from 2016.

Forgot to say I wouldn't mind paying for 2016 Pro.

Folks, I need to reinstall Win 10 and will loose my SUp 2016, so where can I download it again? All the threads I can find with download links are all giving 404 errors?
