I have a request for who ever might have the time and want a challenge

I don't know if you are familiar with Wheely Bugs, but if you have kids I am sure you are.

The company don't do any 3D at all and I am tired of photoshopping them when ever I need them; I thought maybe someone wanted a challenge and do some 3D models of them that I could use.

Is it possible to convert a 3DS Max MAT to Sketchup; preferbably to a Vismat?

I need to use some materials from Cembrit, but they are all 3DS Max MAT. I seem to come along that a lot lately.

I am a V-ray user; for both Sketchup and 3D Rhino.

Can anyone help?
