Inteloide, could you paste some screen shoots where you link to a Google Web album photo and and another to a Google Map location? In both Google apps there is a link box where the link can be copied to the clip board. I am unsure if pasting from the pasteboard into Tab dialog field works as you planned or which field it should be pasted into.

Any chance you could post an SU file which includes comment tabs with a link to a URL and a tab with a link to an image file so I can see how the field entries were made?

I do like the idea of having links associated with objects in a model which could open any file related to that object (a map, manufacturer's spec, emails, etc.) by any viewer or app already installed on the user's PC. It would be useful in organizing information when reviewing a project with collaborators or when making presentations. The SU file and associated documents could all be stored in a common folder in dropbox, Google drive, etc.

Is there a way to replace SU's native Zoom Window Tool with a new graphic which is a crosshair so that the starting corner of the tool can be accurately placed?

OR

Could a script create a tool identical to the functioning of the native SU Zoom Window Tool which uses a cross hair graphic?

I downloaded and installed today.
Running SU2014, Windows 7.
END key did not move down (or any direction). SHIFT key did not appear to move faster.

This fellow used to build custom wooden interiors for private jets. He does this now as a hobby. The workshop, ADX (http://www.adxportland.com/) was the place where the last Portland SketchUp user group met.

Somehow he takes flat pieces of wood (which consist of many smaller sub-pieces) and attaches them to others and grinds to match the globe's diameter. No special jigs other than the two braces at the bottom on which the globe rests.

The Fire Pit was warm and entertaining for sure.

Is there an option to make the projected plane to be a SINGLE surface?

For example:

1. when clicked, trigger the model animation.
2. a print this scene option

I want to create an animation comprised of a series of groups; each group contains a pair of section planes. A scene is used to trigger a section-animation for a particular group (or groups). Please see the attached sample file.

If I add I a NEW section to a NEW scene; however, that section is automatically ACTIVE for that scene AND ALL PREVIOUS SCENES. I then have go back to each of the previous scenes and inactivate the section plane.

Could there be a script (context sensitive when a section plane is selected) to inactivate it in all previous scenes? Other options might be to active or inactivate the selected section plane for all existing scenes that follow the current scene or to specify specific existing scenes to activate or inactivate the selected section plane..

Adding Active sections to a new scene also makes them active to the previous scenes.skp

Better/smoother camera animation.

Object animation.

Better camera tools. Ie., Panning, rotating, and zooming via keyboard.

"Repair" of polylines back into circles and arcs which had been altered when executing, for example, follow-me and intersections and ruby scripts. Implement via context menu of a selection or as an option when saving model.

A means to size the drawing window to a specific aspect ratio or display temporary vertical and horizontal pixel rulers to use a guide when re-sizing the drawing window.
