YEs like Gully said but you can also turn on hidden lines,turn off perspective ,select top view and just delete half of your leg.
Btw I saw in your leg that some small faces was missing.So sometimes if you miss some faces and when you draw line and still they are not there(that happens because they are to small) just scale it by (example) 10 draw faces and then scale it again by 0,10 to get old dimensions.
