Gran bel lavoro, complimenti!
Only one suggestion:
I would have used radial brick texture on the arcs

Qualcuno che scrive in italiano! Bene!
Speriamo che quest'iniziativa non cada nel vuoto come nel forum in italiano che serve a poco dato che pochi lo frequentano attivamente -

Why's there no bevelling ruby for SU? Is this something that's particulary hard to do?
I'd swap my girlfriend for a decent bevelling plugin.
Have you seen this?
Whaat's Subdivide and smooth plugin does bevel -

What are the chances that Google would buy this development and either include it with an update of SU6 or include it in SU7?
If I were mr. Google (there's a mr. Google, isn't there?), I'd offer Whaat a job.
Seconded

RE: Importing Image
Probably the following question was already done somewhere in the forum...
but anyway I dare ask to you:
How can I import an image larger than 1024*1024 pixels? Is it possible? -
RE: Problemi con sketchup
E' molto strano! Ho provato per sicurezza ma non ho assolutamente riscontrato problemi del genere. Prova a postare il file, magari troviamo la soluzione!

RE: Section cut - update
That would be awesome!
Great Idea.
TIG's script is very usefull even if sometimes don't work so well, but would be much more usefull if could be update whenever the section change -
RE: [Obsolete] Offset On Surface (v1.0)
Many tanks.
Expecially for the time you spend to make Sketchup easiest for everyone!
We all appreciate that! -

It looks very desirable...like most Apple products, but for me it would fall between two stools. If I merely wanted to keep in touch....email, surfing, GTalk or even FaceBook...I'd just take my BlackBerry; it fits in my shirt pocket and it'll work anywhere, not just a WIFI hotspot. If I thought that I'd need to do some real work I'd take a proper laptop.
Totally agree with you.
Evenmore I want to say this...
Macs are very fascinating items (I had a IMac G5) but when you have to deal with your everyday work you 'll certainly run against softwares that does not support the OS platform.
So I prefer to give the Apple's design up and go for a Win laptop where I can run all my favourite apps! -
RE: Roman Temple
Very good! But you 've missed the corinthian capital!

RE: SU upgrades
Not so good...
I think this means skethcup 7 won't be released untill the Q2 of this year! -
RE: Change Color of a model
You can use either color by layer (from the layer window) or just use the paint bucket tool choosing the material you want to apply

RE: Demands for a laptop
Go for a Dell Precision M6300 you won't regret.
You can find the review here http://www.notebookcheck.com/Test-Dell-Precision-M6300-Notebook.7906.0.html -
RE: Question for the Pros
if you want to be accurate the solution is to take measures from paper drawing and re-draw all into sketchup, otherwise you can do as you said, but don't aspect precision!

This is astonishing! Maybe I don't have to learn Blender for my organic modeling after all!
I second that.
