is this what you want?

As you have unfold the inner shape make a copy of it, find the outer curve length and scale the copy to fit this length.
NOTES:
as SU draw segments not real curves you may have to calculate the real length by hand.
as you want to make accurate product I would draw the shape flat then bend it.

There is a basic "rule" here: no-one should re-share others' plugins so that's why it's not included in the zip file.
Is there a reason to this?
Just to know.
For this kind of job I use Unfold.rb.

Make your shape without thickness and turn on hidden geometry.
You can try Recurve plugin; select one segment right click, choose recurve in context menu, choose your option.
Note than it built or rebuilt curves so a exploded arc will be rebuilt as a curve not an arc.

Also, i know about the fillet feature, but is there a way to "round" a side angle? For example, if i am trying to make the sides of a mattress, i want that to be round and not at a 90 degree angle.

choose hole in solid in plugin, select a solid, then select a face.
done.
You should post your model if you want someone to help you.
Yes they are.
Select a white face, right click choose orient faces in context menu.

It looks great!!! Could you please tell us which plugins you used.
It can be done without any plugin.
I'm stuck with the extra lap.I'll give it a try later.

Paste zorro2.rb in the plugins folder, restart SU then you will find it in tools window not in plugins window.
