Is there any imported cad entity in your model? This often happens when there are impoprts in the model and they (or their origins) are very far from the world origin.
The case is that SketchFab uses a html 5 based WebGL display which is fast, light weight and works pretty well (and fast) in most modern browsers without the hassle of installing a browser plugin but this technology is still in its infancy and not as much can be displayed this way as by some more sophisticated plugins.
Revizto (currently) is based on the Unity Viewer (as far as I know) which can display more sophisticated stuff (like lights as you can see) but it needs a plugin and can be slower to fully load the scene. However you can load it from your desktop (in your own Revizto Viewer once installed) so streaming does not have to be an issue.
Now please, consider that I am not a technically literate person so my "evaluation" above may not be as accurate as of those who really know what they are talking about.
It's time to make some new tutorials based on newer plugins (or newer versions of plugins). I might put together something during the week-end.

Also, you can try to completely disable hardware acceleration under Preferences > OpenGL settings. SU usually works properly (though slower) without HW acceleration but poor cards (chipsets) and drivers can cause issues.
I also have Windows 8 installed and have no issues with displaying ads here. So just trying to stab in the dark: in any of your security settings, try to make sure to enable third party cookies as well. Our ad provider, BuySellAds also uses cookies and when those cookies are blocked, no ads are displayed. Once ads are displayed, you will automatically have access to all download links, too.

Guys, I think Chris nailed it; the model is so far away from the origin that we cannot expect any normal behaviour unless it's moved back. I have seen too much of this either here or on the Google Forums. Always the same issue.

Here, it is really up to you how much you learn. I suggest to go through the manual and some video tutorials but whenever you are stuck, do not be shy to ask.
