i know very well what u re talking about,let me tell u my secret,i used 2 layers,first i paint it with asphalt(no shiny no nothing) and second i paint it with those yellow signs,but the asphalt couldn be seen,so i go to paint bucket and i put the material of second layer to semitransparent, and here we are,now i realise that the asphalt in the games is built using this method ,and there the first layer is static mesh and the second is ignored,else in games we could see some times some misstakes

i found on internet a free arhiecture buildings in 3ds,i coverted and retextured for doing renderings in it,so here is my simo concept car in it

there is a GRAN TURISMO CAR CONTEST IN WAREHOUSE,so i modified my C.E Simo into a GTV

i ll tell u the easyest way to model it...take only the contour(u forgot the bumpers)and from midle to laterals copy paste the cpuntour about 4 or 5 time,rescale the contour in that way that at the laterals to be smaller than in midle,to be rounded,and then fit the contours,the laterals are harder to build,this u ll do how u can,easyest is with follow me for this car because has a simple rounded shape from the top to the floor,happy modelling

is quiet good to have a sketch in front of ur eyes,but if u really want to do something nice,use blueprints,

it s easyer to make ur own cars,i build 3 models with blueprints the ferrari mythos,vw scirocco and the fiat stylo,they go greatbut u need more skills,that doesn t mean that u can t build something nice

i don t care and i don t know what u deeply think,but i m very satisfied with SU since i discovered it,and i get better for each model that i build in it(my opinion)

Of cource i don t get my bread with it,yet,but i would like to;maybe for this u search others better softwares.The market is big u jsut have to chose,i made my choice
