      I don't have the time myself to draw lines for trucks but if I get the catenary to work any user could add it. I'll focus mostly on rail transport which is what the plugin is designed for and I've already proved it can be used for roads too even if that really should have its own plugin with features such as changing lane anywhere and driving manually.

      The main focus for the next release will be a new track drawing mode for continuous rail lines connecting points selected by the user. This will be much faster than the current method of adding short track segments and manually reposition them to desired length and angle. It will also support transition curves to reduce jerk when entering or leaving a curve.

      hi Christina, yes thats right about different height.

      i the pictures you can see the red area, over the clearance diagram (blue /yellow) this is the room that can move the pantograph. in the short movie, you can see the movement of the wire along the pantograph (zig zag). when you will have the clearance diagram and the catenary i can send this via PM.
      MIBA have a german seria about railroad infrastructure (signals, catenary etc.)

      do you want remove complete the old system, laying out the tracks? this system was good for people will using your plugin for planing the modelrail road 😉

      for example. if you want plan a märklin board, this could build first in 1:1 and than, if i finished..you can scale this down to the H0,TT,N scale. ok than withot driving trains.

      aaron, look march or april, i have send this bug, this is not a corrupted component its more of a bug.
      i have only a new document without any other objects. i have have never sent so many bugreports to a developer. 👎

      sorry, tecknical publications will be very rare and this special in english is more than rare.

      the table is spliited in Text, Drawing(blueprints) and photos. i think the Drawings will be important for you. dont wondering that some pictures in this page is before 1945,too.

      bis zu welcher Version bist du denn mit deiner version gegangen?

      Der Workflow mit sketchup und lightup ist für mich einfacher als der mit 3dMax... von daher würde ich dabei bleiben wollen, aber summierender frust ist auch nicht die lösung. ich bin sicher dass ich das mit lightup hinbekomme ...aber.....
      lightup hat durchaus potential wenn es um games geht...

      Hello Sketchucation Community,
      I would tell you that i have find a sketchup plugin that can directly export to the Trainz GAme.

      could be that some user will loving Eneroth Railroad System und will, export this objects to a game, here is the solution

      eneroth railroad system and the RubyTMIX could be a dreamteam.

      this attachementPoint/Helperpoint is a special Object(?) that can connect to other objects

      this must be named.
      if a plugin dev whant know more about this i could link the devdocs for content creators.

      i know many ContentCreator that will use sketchup and not 3dMax (expansive, complicate etc)
      and Trainz can buy in different versions the old version 2004-2010 and Trainz 12

      only 2010 and 12 will supported however the old version i can use on all pc plateforms, and very cheap. the principle have not change only the rederengin.

      AND Trainz New Era will be come this (?) year.

      if i design a H0 extrusion-profil (16,5mm) and build the loco in H0 scale and than save to the library this will work. right?

      what about a field to insert a radius.

      i have try to measure the radius for 10° and 20° curves. and when i calculate this with the rule of 3 i will have different results.

      is this a calculation error by sketchup or by the plugin?

      the real railroad in europe measure a curved track in Radius
