New mac user
Have been using sketchup on a pc for 6years. Now on a 27" corei5 imac. Have trouble finding auto-saved files. Sketchup configured to autosave every 5 mins. Happens sometimes, but have had 2 files "untitled" which haven't shown up anywhere......do i need to name these for autosave to work? I did have 2 untitled documents open at same time..maybe i confused the Mac.
This ability to have several files open at once on a Mac ....any advice on its use? Also noticed that files saved in ":documents" don't adhere to "last modified" request....they are all over the place....(timewise)...I thought Macs were invincible, but not so sure now.
Also, have found painting with textures and colours etc a bit difficult...the pc method seemed so much easier with onscreen colours etc being modified instantly as colour- sliders etc are being altered. Is there a tutorial out there for the Mac method?
