Looks good. Two comments: 1) looks a little too hazy, out of focus, and 2) on the right, the straight angled lines where the building meets the grade do not look natural.

RE: Renders - Auditors Office Remodel
Nice presentation style. Not so sure about the design - I can understand making the bankers and investors being audited uncomfortable, but I'd hate to be the auditor who has to work in that office every day.

Architectural design exploration and iterations.

RE: My first posted image! Pub interior
That looks great, Michael. A few comments:
- Looks like a lot of hard surfaces; you might have problems with noise.
- In future, for added realism, pay attention to the direction of the wood grain on your furniture and millwork. It will typically run parallel to the long dimension of a component of wood.
Clocks are omitted from restaurants, probably, so people cannot notice how long it takes for their food to arrive.

RE: Kitchen
Oooh, purty!
I wish my kitchen was so clean (and so big).
The upper cabinets look a little bare; you might consider adding more "stuff." -
RE: Little dining room with Vray - up-update
That's your idea of small?
Very nice renderings (inside and out). With such a large window, on a sunny day, why are all the lights on, and would their light be as visible in a sun-lit room?

RE: Minimalist living room with Thea...
I think most people would mistake those for photographs. Congrats.
Nice design, too. -
RE: :Ballroom:
Nice renderings, as usual, Jason.
I've always been an advocate of including entourage in architectural renderings; in this case I think the problem is with these particular people - they don't seem to fit the scene of a practically empty ballroom. maybe a few wait staff setting tables. -
RE: Trimble Place
As usual, John, that's very nice, but...does it have a mercedes, swimming pool, and room for a pony?

RE: A new home for SketchUp
It's 8:30 and I just finished a 12 hour day (but at least I ended it designing with SU!), and I find 22 pages on this out-of the-blue news; oy vey. BTW, is this a record for the most pages generated in such a short time? At last, I have something I can post in the gallery, but everyone is distracted so I'll wait
. Anyhow, this reminds me of the time when Google bought SU, and there were predictions of it's eminent demise. So, I will take them at their word and believe/hope SU continues as the great program it is, and maybe will be improved in time. I find it optimistic that the SU team of developers is migrating to Trimble with the program, so it should be in good hands. At least it wasn't bought by Autodesk! Ciao! -
RE: Help, my e-mail /computer is infected
Having been infected more than once with malware over the years, I feel your pain.
Are you getting a specific symptom or response, such as a pop-up window or notice? If so, I would do an internet search for those symptoms to determine the specific virus(es), and then you might be able to find out how to manually remove it without having to do a complete system re-install. Also, there are various free malware removal tools available - you might avail yourself of one of those.
A warning about anti-virus software: they don't always detect all viruses, especially the most recent ones. I use Nod32 at home and at the office. Twice I was infected at home. I haven't been infected at work, but I let it expire and installed Microsoft's free antivirus software - it detected a trojan file on my computer that Nod32 didn't.

RE: Plymouth GTX
I'm always amazed by you guys who can create realistic models of cars. Too many complex curves for my skills.
