Very nice!
My only comment is the vertical bands in the blue make it appear a bit like tightly stretched coated canvas with vertical supports behind.

Nice.
Reminds me a lot of the ending of '2001 A Space Odyssey'.
Friends seemed to like these two. The dragonfly I have posted before.
I worked on a Veyron for many months here and there back in 2007 and 2008. Got maybe 80% done and so many other things came up, I never got back to it.
I've been screwing with the Bugatti for almost 2 years inside and out. Can't quite decide what I want to do with it.
Thanks Mike.
I will strongly consider entering. My only issue is they have set some VERY steep mandatory requirements for 420sf. My guess is the winners will be the ones that provide the most 'openness'. 420sf for a dinner party of 12 is a bit insane, unless you're freshmen in college. . .lol.
I must say, it is much much better than I imaged before I opened the thread.
Very nice.
Thanks d12dozr.
It's about 38 meg. The background is the generic SU sky.
Looks very appealing.
Here's a little trick I do for background images, if everything else fails.
Take flickr's website and use a search function at the end. Here I've put "lawn" as the search term.

Did you model everything in SU?
Got a screenshot of the SU model in default colours?
Yes, all SU using Indigo. I posted it back in November.

About the roof; I have no clue what a ballasted membrane is
Commercial flat roofs consist of roughly three general types. There are more, but the below are the most common.
-A Bitumen "build-up" (if you've ever seen the Shawshank Redemption, that's what they are doing in the roof scene) It's basically a mopped asphaltic substance with layers of felt paper, sometimes with fine gravel for UV protection.
-An exposed membrane of some sort, EPDM (like intertube rubber), Thermoplastic or PVC that's mechanically fastened or glued.
-Ballasted membrane of EPDM, TPO or PVC. Ballasted simply means putting river rock on top of a membrane to "anchor" or hold it down.
For example, the roof in your picture that you are setting your translucent addition on is ballasted or a loose laid membrane with rock weighing it down.
The guys at ICEvision have managed to upload my model of the NCSU Bell Tower in Raleigh NC.
I appreciate their efforts, and it looks like they can definitely get large models into the software.
One caveat that is my fault. When I sent this version, I did not check it thoroughly and it is missing the torches on one face of the tower. That is from my early clumsy attempts to get the poly count down and render it in Indigo.
This changes the whole ballgame boys and girls.
When I modeled the dragonfly below a few months ago, I painstakingly modeled and 'hand placed' pretty much every hair. This plug-in will save me TONS of time next I need fine filaments or random leaves.
Thanks for sharing!
Nice integration Flipya.
I have a couple of questions.
The texture inside the upper window suggests there's a brick wall inside?
Also, the roof looks like a ballasted membrane, is that correct?
Or. . . upload to YouTube. I believe they allow 720P and 1 gig uploads now.
You should be proud Guzman, that is quite a compilation you have there tying so many aspects into a single video.
And take michalis's criticism with a grain of salt. Greeks are not in the best of moods lately. The credit card has been taken away.
I want to again thank ICEvision and Sketchucation for the opportunity to participate in the contest and use their software. I did have good success with smaller models, and I think it will be a nice offering to design firms and organizations to enhance their ideas to clients and/or contractors.
Oh yea, and I LOVE the fidelity of the Space Navigator. I'm still getting accustomed to it. So far I've only experimented in Google Earth and Sketchup, but I already see it will offer an excellent alternate input device. And it looks great in the office with that warm blue ring!
All the entries look great!
Thanks for the mention.
