Thanks Rob! It's my favorite way to enter a main street from a stop with a wet road and a new passenger!

Somebody owes you a hundred bucks!
Oh yeah, we have dogs, no kids...but they're pretty smart ones! My wife does agility with our Blue Healer/Husky mix, and the other is a Sheltie...a real cutie!
By the way, those wooded shots where back in Massachusetts...but there are trees here too.
We live well...work very hard, play just as hard and treat everyone we meet with respect and kindness. Humility is one of life's best gifts.
I'm happy to share my good fortune with my friends! If you're ever in Boulder, you've got a friend!
Cheers,
- CraigD
Haa haa!! Thanks Kris...oh, and here is a picture of my wife (P.S. She's the Director of QA and Tech Support at Electric Rain http://www.erain.com/ so she's pretty damn smart too!)
Yeah, I'm a lucky dude. Funny thing is, the harder I work, the luckier I get!
Cheers,

"The best is a "rain demo". In the rain, the tires slip very predictively and can actually maximize the car's acceleration without being overwhelmed with all wheel traction. In other words, I can slide the car, and while all fours wheels slide in a drift, the turbo continues to spool smoothly and when the tires completely hook up, the turbo is at full spool at max torque...it's like being shoved sideways and then shot off an aircraft carrier!! She's a good car!
Edit: Sorry Deleted the first part of your post, mistaken the edit button for the qoute button damnit. Im really sorry it's getting late...
Rob
Nice weiner car! Here's how I roll if I need to be on 4 wheels. At sea level with 93 octane fuel and boost map I was pushing out 300 bhp and 290 lb/ft of torque! She flies...for a car!
Cheers,

Took me a little while to join this thread...here's most of my two-wheeled fleet! ...anybody wanna race?

Congratulations man!! She's a real beauty! I wish for you the best...may she grow to become everything you could hope for! ..but not too fast.
Cheers!!

Really nice Solo!! Beautiful photo textures...add Al Hart's bump maps and that could be very, very sweet!
Thanks for sharing!
WoW! Really cool! ...when it's built, can we come over!?
Nice model for sure! Keep posting as you finish!
Cheers,

1000th post!!! And now a skinny guy in your avatar?!?!
Way to go Eric!!
...and yes, the Church model looks great!
Wow Lewis! These images are as mysterious as they are thought provoking! The first looks like an establishing shot to an incredible story...one that I'm compelled and interested to follow! The second looks like a cut away shot that gives us clues that will only become clear after the story unfolds, its true meaning hiding right before our eyes!
Very cool indeed! Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Just incredible Lewis!! These may be some of my favorite SketchUp creations to date! I had the same Riven/Myst thoughts at first, and I very much enjoyed those games just because of the fantastic imagery.
I'm really impressed and think that it's even cooler to know how your mood/energy dictated the feel of the renders!
Some of the coolest stuff I've seen yet!
Thanks for sharing!
Another Virgo!!! (..in "title" only, of course...
Happy Birthday Ron!!! I hope reflecting on the past year makes you smile, and that you have some exciting goals planned for the coming year!
Cheers!!

WHOA!!! Holy c**p!! Eric, I'm utterly blown away! That's one impressive "house" model (what an understatement!).
Beautiful detail inside and out. Exquisite, Eric! I was astonished with the exterior detail...then I saw the interior shots with the library and curves and painted ceilings! Wow! Thanks for sharing!!
I'm curious; how much time does something like that take to complete?
- CraigD
LOL! Yes the style fits your Samurai guy well! ...um and if by "kids" you mean "beers", sure! Let's have "kids"!
I'm working on another style you might like...fixed some of the things I didn't like about the original.
Cheers,
- CraigD
Incredible Ivica!! Very cool character...and like the others, I'm also in awe!!
Here's a Sketchy Edge Style that I made that could be fun for background composited images. Enjoy!

Hey Justin, I agree with Wil...it's not as bad as I thought it would be too! Kinda looks like "the Thing" from fantastic 4 with the hidden geometry on!
Very, very cool!
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Very cool Justin! Interesting...I'd like to see a tutorial on this one! Are there textures in Hugh's future?
One thing is for sure, you never cease to amaze!
Cheers,

Hi Guys,
I would just like to say that both CraigD & Modelhead have been excellent contributors to this forum. Such a great pity there has been a misunderstanding. It would appear to me, that CraigD has been been working hard picking up faults that others in this forum have highlighted in the sketchup software, and handing it to the right department within that large organisation to deal with. And reading between the lines, possibily doing a lot more as well behind the scenes to help this forum.
Modelhead has helped many others, including myself, in patiently helping a beginner get thier web page up and running, and with Gideon's model. And I'm sure many more.
They are both excellent individuals, brought plenty to the table and will be sadly missed.
The problem with written matter, is sometimes things are not clear, and perceptions can be wrongly made.
I just hope this matter can be resolved.
Their input, in my view, is greatly valued, and will be greatly missed.
cheers
Alan.
Thanks Alan and all. I appreciate the support. I also don't want Modelhead out...just sometimes I take a lot of heat and always do my best to understand and represent everybody's point of view. But that was a bit much for me...I 'm not keen on being a lighting rod for hatred. I understand it's the Corner Bar so things are free form/stream of consciousness but I am not able to fully speak my mind, as I represent all of the folks who work hard here, and I thought it was a bit unfair. I also like to spend time here to get to know all of you guys. It helps me connect, which is important for me...you understand, not everybody gets to enjoy personal time with the community. It also helps me understand what's important to people and balances all the hard lonely hours we spend on SketchUp. It's harder than we let on.
Please know this; there are very, very nice caring people at Google and on the SketchUp team. I mean really sweet family folks. There are so many young people with new families here that I got nervous about drinking the water!
We hurt when can't fix everything and we really agonize over what's important for you all. That's why it's extremely tough to receive anger or blame. But it's part of life and I won't let it get to me. Heck, my dog Tiki turned 2 today, so life is good!
I'm back onboard, and hopefully Modelhead will be back shortly as well.
Cheers, my friends.
- CraigD
P.S. Please report all offensive material...there's more to Google than the BBC wants to report.

Google, you have provoked something in me that I have not felt in a long timeβ¦..If you where next to me in the room I would sock you in the nose for the damage you have done already!!
You have seriously misjudged and misinterpreted what the SketchUp team is all about.
I will no longer be visiting this forum.
Good bye.
