So what are the rules controlling autofold? My model "grows" extra lines that don't seem right. Is this due to the radius difference that the design started with? The attached image show blue where the strange lines are added by autofold or left unfolded somehow.

try setting viewres to 5000 and see if that helps.

I cannot make components anymore. The popup window for components is gone. Su 6.0.1099 two monitors win XP
Do I re-install? Any ideas?
Maybe it would work to scale down everything by 100? I don't know what the limit in SketchUp is, but using a scale would still be accurate.
