They usually have good instructions... The 'paid' plugins often have a 'free-trial' period and will tell you when that is about to expire - their web-sites will also advise how to pay/register... Assuming you have 'paid' - then what were the company's instructions ? These vary by product... You really need to contact each supplier in person to resolve any issues... If you have a particular problem with a 'free' plugin you downloaded from here then post a message in the relevant thread and you can be sure that someone will try help you to resolve any issues... I see you might have specific problems with 'Toolbars'... Sometimes a plugin Tool is loaded an 'Extension' and it then needs to be first-time 'activated' under the Menu>Window>Preferences>Extensions tab 'Name'... and even then you might need to make its Toolbar active under Menu>View>Toolbar>'Name' to add it to those shown on your normal screen... Take a look at SpaceDesign from Render Plus. It should do everything you need. If it doesn't, let us know what we need to add. It is not free.
