it must have been worth the effort in 2012? was Layout not available for the 2D layout. Wonder how the data associated with the entities were managed. Was it pluggins and ruby script?

I closed this box and am not able to get it back.

I learned from the Justin Video that it is for selecting and parking the tools that I need.
I even tried to get it re-installed.
The menu in the help video shows another menu.

why is it that after re-installing it still does not show? How can I reset to start?

I want to have a larger area of the map than can fit the screen. I wish the Sketchup Google earth plug in could handle this by allowing the area of the map be selected in a smaller zoom and then the plug in should be able to zoom in to the max level possible for the selected area.

How is that the guide lines do not stay even after I click the way that it says in the help. After I click on the edge and move the cursor the guide line appears, I click the next point, the guide line appears, but disappears on releasing the mouse click.
