Thanks Guys, those holes are cutouts done in SUm was thinking of doing an alpha map for them, but you would need huge res to get decent definition, so I opted to go 12 sided.

In future If possible ill post the model image next to the Real thing (DONE!), Forgot about quite a few things on that Dinghy! the Rope around the sides would have looked awesome, shes being stripped atm for a refit after years of hard use have taken their toll!

This is great!

Its a shame the hull is so flat so you cant see the plank details. If your putting this into a game like the last ship then I understand why but it would make for a great model!

This is really cool. I spent years as a forklift driver - due to an administrative error my marriage certificate actually says I am a forklift. This looks good - just need a bit of damage to the pallets, a few dents in the pallet rack and a filthy polished concrete floor and you have several of my former work places... and possibly an inappropriate sticker somewhere on the forklift 😄

3eighty Im not sure if I will be uploading her onto any other sites as Ive had People steal my models and sell them on other sites, and there isnt much I can do about it. If I can get my Turbosquid account working i might place her there, Oh and decoding xx files is higly illegal.

I just joined the forum and found this thread on the HMS Ontario. As a model shipwright I was most impressed with your work. I had a question, how you were constructing the hull's and if you use any specific ruby scripts? I am working on a 16 gun brig and could use some insights.
