Old Harbour Tug
-
Ive been working on this Tug for over 2 months now and the modeling stage is finnaly complete,I am however still contemplating adding a small kitchen etc,
I made this Harbour scene to render her in :

And here are shots of her Bridge :

In game she has all her parts working down to the instrument needles

AWESOME...!!!

I'm really blown away by the textures you've made...!!
What render application have you been using..?? -
WOW Marius, it's come a long way since I last saw her. Great work. Do you still go online? cause I don't seem you see you round much any more!
Anyway, keep up the great work

One of the best I've seen Marius. I has to do a double-take to figure out that it was SketchUp / rendered.

Fantastic, textures for 5, did you made textures ?
-
It's like a fine painting!

Glad you guys like her,
tomislavm , I did not make these textures, they are downloaded
modelhead ,The dents and scratches sounds like a great Idea,However the currently used texture is a seamless (or appears seamless) texture is repetitivley. To add a scratch in it would mean a side render of the ship as she is now to use as a projected texture which would drop the closeup quality and the overall look. The dents would be easy to model but as said the texture is a nightmare to modify.Ja Broer van PE

I am fascinated by the water. It seems to show wind shadows and current effects that are totally believable. Then as I look closer I get the impression that you might have used a photo of a very wet and puddley parking lot and then diddled with it a bit. Of course, it could be done programatically as well. Please share how it was done.

The water is a addon on the Kerky site, loads of settings but that is my fav.
I think the dent Idea should work, without to much hassels as far as specular goes in game,Ill give it a try

...good model,good texturing!... thanks!
