Have you also installed the latest version of Fredo's "Lib" which is required by most of his tools, and clearly indicated in the tools' guidance notes and their 'Dependencies'... It is available from the PluginStore http://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=LibFredo6 or via the PluginsDialog - simple Search for "LibFredo". Try that, restart SketchUp to effect the changes... THEN get back in touch if it's still broken...

There is a button at the bottom of the dialog. You click on that to confirm your choice of destination folder*** *** If you have the dialog 'minimized' drag its bottom edge downwards a little so that you can see the button... What is the choice ? Always choose your own User Plugins folder UNLESS you have a good reason to choose otherwise ! Some 3rd party Plugins with their own installers** can put things into the 'shared' location without asking clearly, that then gets listed as an option **Like 'octane_render'...
