Archvision software

I've never used it, but while perusing their website noticed is not compatable with SU.

Yes Daniel I read that too, but it looks like it is PhotoShop compatible and I would like to know better about the way it can be used within PS.

You can download a plugin for PS.
install and then in photoshop / file / automate you see the plugin.
works nice

Patrice and others,
Works well within Piranesi. Simport your SketchUp model, insert RPC elements, position them as you see fit not only in relative space front to back and side to side, but you can angle them (rotate) them as well. Especially nice with cars.

I wish they had a plugin for SU that would work with Archvision RPC.

Thanks all for reply, had no time yet to play with ArchVision but will let you know what I get.
Phil, of course a plugin would be the best, let's hope one day may be....Patrice

Maybe a ruby guru can figure out a way to extract image files from the *.rpc file.

You might take a look at IRender. It takes RPC objects, places them in SketchUp as low-geometry placeholders and renders then with the RPC

HMM...DO YOU HAVE A LINK TO iRENDER...ooops darn CAPS lock was on...a leftover from using autocad. Does anyone else do that too. When typing notes text etc. in autoCAD I use all caps just to keep the text easily readable but often I leave the caps lock on and start typing in other apps only to notice the all caps was on way after I began typing...Maybe I'm just getting old and senile.
anyway I'll try to find irender and have a looksee at it.
