German aircraft carrier ‘Graf Zeppelin’
-
I have created the only German aircraft carrier ‘Graf Zeppelin’. This was never completed and was sunk in the Baltic Sea after the World War II in 1947.

That is a very fine build with some fantastic graphics mate. Very nice indeed.
A pity she would have been a liability if she actually saw service, mainly due to the layout and catapult design
-
Wow, that's some very impressive modelling
-
This ship is actually a misconstruction. The handling of the catapult, the launch carriages and the inclined lifts is far too susceptible to faults.
Here are some more pictures.

Regardless, I think it is a great reproduction and worthy of some applause. Nicely done.

@Mike-Amos Looks great. I was expecting an airship. How long have you been working on this?
It is interesting how the 3rd Reich ignored aircraft carriers while Imperial Japan did the opposite.
-
I have been working on this model for 4 years (not continuously).
-
Very impressive Do you have a new project?
-
WOW! Stunning work!
