Yes, I experience it intermittently too. We are investigating to see where it is originating from

It's been like this for about a week. It wasn't uncommon in the past but it would only last for a couple of hours or a day. Crawling dial-up. I can't think of anything other than contact the web host, Hetzner Online GmbH?

We have raised it. Plus we've a ping tool running since today help us see the issue

Sometimes its fine then its totally usable and back to fine.

We believe we have solved the recent performance issue at our server.

Thank you to everybody who gave us feedback about their experience with the slowdown.

The site should be back to normal by now.

Of course temporary - short-term - slowdowns could appear due to data line or server overload - as these have happened in the past too - but the recent cause of the occasional extraordinary slow page downloads has been solved.

Please share with us if you experience otherwise.

you (SCF) could integrate a dedicated 'Meta' sub-forum outside the theme-based sub-forumus for posting issues concerning the forum itself or SCF-related announcements and questions etc.
