How to model 3D vase for 3d printing

Do you have any ideas/tips/plugins (free or paid) for modeling this kind of vase? I have been thinking about using Flowify Plugin but the geometry gets somehow broken.

There's many ways to approach but you will run into computational limits if your input mesh is overly dense.
I didn't make an exact copy more of a template to build upon...
After running SUbD...
If if play around with the Base shape you would get closer to the example image.
