How to release seats of Roundcorner?

It's a Fredo 6 plugin.
The my-licenses page does not allow us to release the seats.
We are able to 'release' directly from the system as long as it's online.
We have 30 licenses and some computers are not running anymore so we can manually release them directly from the plugin.
How do we release them from the my-licenses section?

Could you go to your My License page on Sketchucation and see if you can release the seats remotely.

I have a similar situation. After purchasing the Fredo 8 plugins, I downloaded the first licenses. Then I had to format the computer. I did not cancel the licenses before formatting. Then I reinstalled the system and downloaded the license again. I seem to be using two of my three rights in total. I just canceled my licenses and it seems like I still have a license that is being used even though I haven't used it. Cancel tick box does not appear. Can you help me how can we fix this situation?
