      I had recently purchased the Fredo6 bundle and Fredo Round Corner. I had to reimage the hard drive of my laptop as the File Explorer program got corrupted. When I reinstalled the licenses the extensions have been licensed as if new. I did not release the licenses as I was not aware that this problem could arise. How to reset my license count (i.e. balance seats = 2) to my first install of the plugins. My laptop is the same.

        Your licenses are shown on your MyLicenses page at Sketchucation.

        Please advise if you see them, and if you can manage your seats from this page.

        Make sure your have the latest version of Sketchucation ExtensionStore (v4.2.9) installed.

          It's the same case as me, but the manageable check box is not displayed.

              same for me, I cannot manage my seats, I need to remove licenses from other PCs

                Do you have the latest version of SketchUcation tools installed - it sets up latest the licensing... ?

                  Same here, some of the licenses do not have the release check box. I have the latest Sketchucation plugin (v4.2.9) in all three of my systems. Is there a solution yet?

                    I released all seats. You now need to revalidate.
                    The seats cannot be released online because they were created by an old version of the ExtensionStore plugin.

                          Hi there, could you also release all of mine as well? As you say i can only release later licenses as well but now one seems to be stuck on SKP 2022 version for some reason and i need it for 2023.

                            @fredo6 I'm afraid that I have the same issue. RoundCorner, JointPushPull, VisuHole, and ToolsOnSurface are all licensed on 21/12/2023, and can't be cleared.
