I purchased a bundle and installed the extensions.
I cannot successfully validate the license from within the program.
When I choose the folder with my licenses none of them show.
When I put the file reveal to all files then I see them.
Once clicked a message signals that it is the wrong license for the plugin.
I re-downloaded all the licenses and I downloaded the extensions.
What next?

Guessing you are trying to license FredoCorner when you get this message.

If my guess is correct you have a license for Round Corner, which is included in the bundle. So apply the license to Round Corner. If you want to license FredoCorner, that license is available separately.

SebI find the problem; it is my fault.
I had downloaded Fredo corner as a trial and the bundle I purchased only includes round corner, not the same plugin so the validation did not work.
I wish it did because Fredo corner was neat and had a few more options.
As usual the problem was between the chair and keyboard... -

Hi, I have just purchased the 40$ bundle with 8 plugins
but I can not load the license for the Roundcorner at all ( although I managed to validate the license for the 7 other one )
As you can see when I browse the folder containing the license files , they show up empty
I tried both license downloading from my email and from SketchUcation manager but still nothing showed up.

Fredo Corner and Round Corner are not the same tools.

but could you please give me the valid link to download the RoundCorner that can use the license I had purchased? All I could find if Fredo Corner >< -

It's clearly indicated that Round Corner is included in the bundle. FredoCorner isn't listed there.

Open the Sketchucation Extension Store in SketchUp, click on the magnifying glass at the bottom and search for Round Corner. It should be the first one in the list. Click the red button.
Please update your forum profile. There is no Free/Make version of SketchUp 2022. The correct information helps us help you.

Hi, I have a few plugin licenses with 3 seats, How do i assign the extra seats to other workers? They have their own sketchup seat. Should they have their own sketchucation log in?

No need for an extra login. Just share the purchased license with them and they validate with this file.

You can go to your MyPlugin page (just sign in) and release the seat(s).

Hi Fredo,
I purchased your whole plugin package some time ago and recently change my old computer to a new one with better performance. My Sketchup version is SU pro-2022 (downloaded and installed one week ago).
I reinstalled your plugins and added the old license file for all of them but they are not working. They are able to start and select the elements (for instance they can select curves in the case of curviloft) but after this, they stop working and never finish the task.
I have LibFredo 13.4a and Fredo6 Collection latest versions. Can you please help me?

Could you open the Ruby Console before launching the plugin and watch potential errors that would be displayed there.
