I have a license for this plugin and I am attempting to use on a new computer and getting an error message "not licensed". When I attempt to validate i get a "Error in License validation. License seat exceeded" message."

You need to either release seats at your devices using seats or if those devices are running Sketchucation Tool 4.3.1 you can reease seats at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php

Hi I use JointPushPull rb on two computers, but recently it doesn't work with messages like attachments.

@Fredo I´m having a problem with joint push pull, I´ve activated it on two machines, but today, I dont know why?, a message appeared saying that the trial period has expired, I tried to activate it and it says that I have exceeded the seats. I wanted to release seats in my license manager account but this extension doesn´t allow me to do it, other extensions have a box to check it and release seats but joint push pull doesn't.

I released all seats for JPP

Hi Fredo,

Great set of plugins, I have an issue with one of my license on JointPushPull. I was unable to release a license due to hardware failure and have all seats taken (3 of 3) and unable to release on of the seats for this plugin - how can this be resolved without access to the computer it references? Thanks, Ben

Update Libfredo to 14.1a

Use Extensions > Sketchucation > ExtensionStore to launch dialog

Either Search or paste pln=libfredo to install latest version

Restart SketchUp

Download your license files from https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php and use Tools > Fredo Collection > Joint PushPull > License... to activate the license file

Repeat for other extensions as needed

I did as you told me. but its not working yet.
This time I added a log too.

Close SketchUp

Download license files from https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php to your Downloads folder

Go to C:\Users\SomeName\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses

Delete SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt file

Start SketchUp

Go to Tools > Fredo Collection > Joint PushPull > License...

Click Activate

Browse to Downloads folder and select license file and click Open

Does it activate?

The process for licensing extensions on Sketchucation seems straightforward. Purchasing the license and validating it within Sketchup can be done easily. It's great that a purchased license covers all past and future Sketchup versions and allows activation on multiple computers. The ability to release a license seat is a helpful feature. Overall, it appears to be a user friendly licensing system.

Hello I purchased license. But evertime I try to activate it, It occurs an Error (ERROR_A04)
I tried to erased the Signature File that you adivsed but still same error happened.
I paid license twice so have two license, both of them have same problem
Please let me know how to fix this problem

I unfortunately formetted my laptop before I release th licenses and I cannot release them online due to versin being old I guess. I still have that pc but I don't know how can I release my licenses which I know the HWID's Is there any way you can help me out Dear Fredo ?

You have 4 plugins with 3 seats each.
I can release all seats, but you will need to revalidate on all your computers.
