      Hi,
Installing SubD on SU Pro 2020 is causing issues. Steps to duplicate:

      1. Install trial version of SU 2020.
      2. Acquire trial SubD.
      3. Launch SU 2020
      4. Go to Extension Manager.
      5. Install SubD (I import the downloadable file) into Sketchup.
      6. Toolbar appears for subD. All good at this point.
      7. Close SU 2020
      8. Launch SU 2020 (it will).
      9. Start a new project.
      10. SU 2020 screen disappears. Does NOT launch.

To undo this I have to manually delete the subD extension from the hard-drive. Restart SU 2020 and then go into Extension Manager to uninstall/remove it completely.

      Please fix this.

While you wait for the author to respond can I suggest the following...
An incorrect installation of SketchUp itself can cause all kinds of weird issues.
You do not need to reinstall, but you can do a repair.
This will not affect the current set up...

While you are logged in to Windows as you normal user-account [not the special admin-account, but if your normal-user has admin-powers then that is OK]
        Ensure SketchUp is closed.
Find the installer exe file - usually in your Downloads folder...
Select its icon, right-click > context-menu > "Run as administrator"
        When prompted choose "Repair"
When it's done try SketchUp again...
You'll need to reinstall SubD if you've removed it...

Never install any complex app by double-clicking on the installer's exe file to "Run" it - it not the same, even if your user-account has admin-powers !

Sorry, I didn't see this until now. (I stopped getting notifications for new topics.)

Are you still experiencing the crash?

If so, are you on Windows or macOS? (Which version of the OS?)

Are you also getting the BugSplat dialog? If so, did you submit it? (And did you enter anything into it that can be used to look up the crash?)
