      Qosmio (After a crash on W10, W7 re-installed) > acer 7530G.

          Did you install SketchUp correctly by right clicking on the installer and selecting Run as administrator? Or did you just double click on the installer?

            yes, the same ...but i have make the simulation with 1.0.2 and i have reinstal 1.0.3 .... I think, I check!

              When prompted choose "Repair".

              When the installation is done try SketchUp again...

              Installing apps in any other way - even if you have admin powers - can lead to all kinds of unpredictable and weird issues...

                indeed, I did not do it as an administrator. I must start again...
