Disable MSPhysics and test it? DO you get the same result?

Did you install SketchUp correctly by right clicking on the installer and selecting Run as administrator? Or did you just double click on the installer?

yes, the same ...but i have make the simulation with 1.0.2 and i have reinstal 1.0.3 .... I think, I check!

Close SketchUp.
Find the installer exe file [probably in your Downloads folder?]
Re-download it if necessary...
Select its icon.
Right-click > Context-menu...
"Run as administrator"
When prompted choose "Repair".When the installation is done try SketchUp again...
Any better?Installing apps in any other way - even if you have admin powers - can lead to all kinds of unpredictable and weird issues...
