JamesHardie_Straight Shingle_Tileable Texture
-
Folks, I have never been any good at creating tileable textures, and today is no different.
I just spent about an hour fooling with this in Photoshop Elements trying to make a tileable texture.(and failed miserably)
Is it even possible from this small image?
TIA
Charlie

Not from your image but something similar...a bit lo-res bit might be useful.

I see this post was a long time ago, but thought i would post what I think is a better Hardie shingle texture.
The model has a simple plane in which you can sample to get the texture.

Very kind of you, is it possible to save this as an earlier Sketchup version please and repost?

Here's a SKM file that can be added to any version's Materials collection...
