SU 2017 Pro: Toolbars will not stay put?

Just installed 2017 on Win10.
Arranged toobars. Upon reopening, they are all stacked over each other on the main screen ...only two or three docked where I last left them. Have done this twice. Running out of patience. Anyone else running into this? -
Not here. Did you install as Admin?

To expand on that...
Sketchup and most modern apps, in newer versions of Windows, need to be installed properly, otherwise unexpected flakiness can appear later on !
Find its installer exe file's icon [usually in your Downloads folder ?].
Select it, then right-click > context-menu > "Run as administrator"
If you have Sketchup already installed, close it, and then run its installer as explained above... and choose 'Repair' when prompted...
Being logged-in as the Admin [not recommended], or being a user who has admin-powers, and then launching the installer by double-clicking it or choosing the simple 'Run' option, is NOT the same as using "Run as administrator" properly.

did you have installed under another user account than the used one?
Try if running SU by "r-click > Run as Admin" once helps already.
